  • AQUACULTURE FARM MANAGER / ASSISTANT FARM MANAGER
    (Based in Tanjung Manis)
    -Close supervision of worker's team performance, daily operation, work activity and disciplinary matters.
    -Monitor and manage Shrimp farm operation including water, feed, shrimp, machines, devices, etc.
    -Consistently ensures all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting operation.
    -Manage resources to achieve operation targets, quality, output and achieve desired results.
    -Maintaining proper documents and records.
    -Self-motivated and independent with good attitude.
    -Coordinate with suppliers and customers.
    -Strong understanding of chemistry to manage water quality, prevent diseases and ensure environmental compliance including knowledge of chemicals used for pond management and potential risks.
    -Meal allowance, accomodation and transportation provided.

  • PROJECT ENGINEER
    (Based in Bintulu / Sibu)
    -Junior Executive with Bachelor Degree Engineering (Civil) and at least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
    -Proficient in English, able to write and communicate effectively. Knowledge of Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
    -Able to work with minimum supervision and independent.
    -Well versed with engineering software: AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.
    Understand the dynamic of working with a team and possess strong interpersonal skills to be able to deal and work with people at all levels (client, architect, consultant, contractor etc.).
    -Oversee all stages of engineering projects from planning to completion.
    -Perform site investigations and feasibility studies.
    -Monitor project progress timeline/schedule and provide regular updates to management.
    -Resolve design and construction issues effectively.
    -Willing to travel and relocate.
  • AIR COMPRESSOR TECHNICIAN
    (Based in Sibu / Bintulu / KK)
    -Form 5, Form 6 school leavers or Polytechnic / Diploma graduates.
    -Those with mechanical and technical background but without related experience are encouraged to apply.
