    -Candidates with STPM/UEC/SPM qualification or equivalent but with vast working experience may also be considered.

  • Civil and Structural Design Engineer
    (To be based in Kuching)
    -Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Construction or equivalent, preferably with 2 to 3 years working experience in the related field.
    -In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, design and etc.
    -Proficient in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software.
    -Familiar with scientific analysis software as well as graphics and map creation software.
    -Familiar with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools.
    -Exemplary critical thinking, analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
    -Matured, self-motivated and able to meet tight work schedules and deadlines.
    -Dedication to learning new concepts and strategies.

    Responsibilities
    -Interpretation of drawing, ensure the plans, drawings and quantities are accurate.
    -Planning work efficiently and adapting to any setbacks or difficulties to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
    -Checking of steel work of slab, beam and column before concreting.
    -Liaise with local authority to ensure compliance with construction regulations and by-laws.
    -Working with subcontractors, project managers, quantity surveyors and other professionals.
    -Evaluate operations and processes, provide suggestions to improve performance and efficiency.
    -Test material and structural integrity.
    -Supervise site security, health and safety.
    -Supervision of construction works, ensuring the quality of work.
    -Prepare reports and documentation.
  • GIS Analyst
    (To be based in Kuching)
    Responsibilities
    - Analyzing spatial data through the use of mapping software.
    - Discovering patterns and trends through spatial mapping of data.
    - Designing digital maps with geographic data and other data sources.
    - Creating "shapefiles" to merge topographical data with external data by layering external data over a topographical map.
    - Producing maps showing the spatial distribution of various kinds of data.
    - Developing mapping applications and tools.
    - Converting physical maps into a digital form for computer usage.
    - Performing data munging and cleaning to convert data into its desired form.
    - Produce reports on geographic data utilizing data visualizations.
    - Managing a digital library of geographic maps in various file types.
    Job Requirements
    - Degree in Computer Science, Geography, Surveying, Engineering or related field.
    - Previous experience in developing GIS project deliverables.
    - Proficiency with database programming languages such as SQL.
    - Proficiency with front end design languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and various mapping languages.
    - Experience with mapping tools such as Esri ArcGIS desktop software and Google Maps.
    - Experience with GPS measuring tools.
    - Outstanding quantitative skill set.
    - Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
    - Analytical mindset.

  • ACCOUNTS OFFICER
    (To be based in Kuching)
    -Degree in Accountancy, preferably with 2 – 5 years relevant working experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
    -Good knowledge of Company Tax and Finance.
    -Be able to handle a full set of accounts.
    -Proficient in English and Mandarin.

  • INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER

    -Able to conduct special audits, reviews, evaluate and analyze operations’ effectiveness and financial reliability.

    -Experience in Group’s day to day financial activities and corporate tax.
    -Able to organize Monthly and Annual Financial Management Report.

    -Degree in Design Engineering, Construction Architectural Technology or equivalent, preferably with 2 years’ working experience in the related field.
    -Competent with drafting and design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.
    -Able to coordinate with engineers to ensure design intent is correctly implemented.
    -Able to participate in project meeting, plan and coordinate construction work.
    -Able to produce layout drawings according to project specifications and standards.

    -Up-to-date knowledge of Malaysia labour laws and Industrial Relations Act.
    -Able to handle HR activities including recruitment, attendance and leave management, disciplinary procedures, labour and industrial relations cases, etc.
